The Oman Promotional Brand Office was established pursuant to Royal Directives issued in November 2024, and formally constituted under Ministerial Decree 430/2025 of 14 October 2025. The office operates at department level within the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Investment Promotion, and reports directly to His Excellency the Minister. OPBO is the single national entity responsible for managing Oman's unified promotional identity. We exist to project a single, coherent Oman to the world — to investors, to visitors, and to the people who choose to call this country home.
