Bachelor Degree / CIPD or SHRAM certification is preferable
3 years experience in HR generalist role
• General knowledge of Labor law and other employment regulations in Oman • Excellent computer skills including Windows applications • Effective oral and written communications in both Arabic and English • Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills. • High level of confidentiality. • Knowledge of running LMS and HR systems
• Plan and facilitate new hire orientation • Ensure great work experience during the new joiners Probation Period • Analyze PM and put plan to address issues to enhance quality of the performance cycle. • Provide advice to management concerning the implementation of the adopted performance management program • Act as the key contact person in HR for all training related requests and arrangement • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues and participate or lead effective, thorough and objective investigations.
