Leading and managing QC/QA teams
Inspection procedures for materials, components, assembly, and final products
Supplier quality management (certifications, inspection reports, NCRs)
Root cause analysis and CAPA implementation
Support and coordination of internal and external audits (ISO, UL, DNV)
Training production teams on QC/QA standards
Monitoring and analyzing quality KPIs
Knowledge of WTG components (nacelle and hub)
Proficient in reading engineering drawings and technical specifications

The Nacelle & Hub Quality Manager will develop, implement, and manage the quality management system for the nacelle and hub plant operations. The role ensures all processes, components, and final products meet internal standards, client specifications, and regulatory requirements. The QM leads the quality team, supervises inspectors and engineers, drives continuous improvement, and serves as the main contact for all quality matters with customers, suppliers, and auditors.
