• Development and implementation of QMS procedures (ISO and relevant standards)

• Leading and managing QC/QA teams

• Inspection procedures for materials, components, assembly, and final products

• Supplier quality management (certifications, inspection reports, NCRs)

• Root cause analysis and CAPA implementation

• Support and coordination of internal and external audits (ISO, UL, DNV)

• Training production teams on QC/QA standards

• Monitoring and analyzing quality KPIs

• Knowledge of WTG components (nacelle and hub)

• Proficient in reading engineering drawings and technical specifications

• Strong communication, leadership, documentation, and problem-solving skills

• Understanding of technical processes and ability to work under pressure

The Nacelle & Hub Quality Manager will develop, implement, and manage the quality management system for the nacelle and hub plant operations. The role ensures all processes, components, and final products meet internal standards, client specifications, and regulatory requirements. The QM leads the quality team, supervises inspectors and engineers, drives continuous improvement, and serves as the main contact for all quality matters with customers, suppliers, and auditors.
