• Development and implementation of QC/QA procedures

• Performing in-process inspections and review of inspection reports, NCRs, and raw material certifications

• Root cause analysis and corrective/preventative actions

• Coordination with suppliers and production/engineering teams

• Quality documentation, reporting, and KPI monitoring

• Support internal and external audits (ISO, UL, DNV)

• Training production teams on QC/QA standards

• Knowledge of WTG components (nacelle and hub)

• Proficient in reading engineering drawings and technical specifications

• Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills

• Certification in quality management

The Nacelle & Hub Quality Engineer will ensure that all nacelle and hub processes meet standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements. The role includes performing inspections, reviewing certifications, coordinating with production and suppliers, conducting root cause analyses, supporting audits, and continuously improving QC/QA procedures in the assembly facility.
