Tender management, bid preparation, and contract negotiation
Procurement of materials, subcontract works, and vendor management
Strong knowledge of estimation, rate analysis, and cost control
Familiarity with FIDIC, GCC contracts, and different contract types (Lump Sum, EPC, Design-Build)
Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, Primavera, ERP systems, and document control tools
Strong communication, negotiation, and risk analysis skills
Knowledge of Power BI and BIM tools (Revit, 4D/5D) preferred
Leadership, team management, and ability to work under pressure
The Tender & Procurement Manager will be responsible for leading all tendering and procurement activities for construction and industrial projects. This includes preparing and submitting tenders, managing vendor and subcontractor negotiations, handling procurement schedules, and ensuring compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements. The role requires strong knowledge of construction contracts (FIDIC/GCC), cost estimating, and vendor management. The selected candidate will collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure successful tendering and procurement operations.
