• Construction project contracting (EPC, design-build, supply, subcontracting agreements)

• Regulatory compliance for construction (permitting, approvals, safety regulations)

• Knowledge of Omani building codes, zoning laws, and environmental regulations

• Strong attention to detail, organizational and communication skills

• Language: English (required), Arabic (preferred)

the Construction Lawyer will support the Head of Legal in overseeing construction-related contracts, project execution agreements, and regulatory compliance requirements across Oman. The role includes drafting and negotiating EPC and other construction contracts, managing permits and approvals, ensuring compliance with Omani laws and regulations, and supporting dispute resolution processes.
