The candidate will be in charge of overseeing all facilities and various aspects of production, ensuring smooth coordination across departments. They will lead the verification of OEM processes and manage their implementation and optimization within the Oman facility. With the ability to develop and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap aligned with the company’s production strategy, the candidate will act as the primary liaison with the OEM, demonstrating strong communication and negotiation skills. They will be responsible for refining and adapting OEM-provided information to suit local operational needs, leveraging in-depth knowledge of local practices. As a subject matter expert in the production of Wind Turbine Generators (WTG), the candidate will serve as the focal point for the production division, maintaining effective collaboration with all other departments to ensure alignment and performance excellence.
