  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software programs.
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record (may be required).


Job Description

The Leasing Executive plays a key role in maximizing occupancy and revenue for our portfolio of commercial spaces. You will be responsible for the entire leasing process, from generating leads and building relationships with potential tenants to negotiating and finalizing lease agreements. This is a dynamic role requiring a self-motivated individual with excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.


  • Prospecting and Lead Generation:
    • Identify and actively pursue qualified leads through various channels (e.g., cold calling, networking, online platforms).
    • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitor offerings.
    • Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of potential tenants.
  • Relationship Building and Client Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing tenants.
    • Understand and cater to the specific needs and requirements of each client.
    • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the leasing process.
  • Leasing and Negotiation:
    • Prepare and present proposals outlining the benefits and value proposition of our outdoor spaces.
    • Negotiate lease terms and pricing to achieve optimal occupancy and revenue.
    • Draft and finalize lease agreements, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Reporting and Analysis:
    • Track leasing activity, including lead generation, conversion rates, and closed deals.
    • Prepare reports and presentations to keep management informed of progress and performance.
    • Contribute to the development and implementation of effective marketing and leasing strategies.
